Underwater Camera & Cable Installation Guide

1. Make sure to wrap around the screw thread of the underwater camera with Teflon tape before connecting with the underwater cable for 100% waterproof assurance.

2. Plug the underwater cable connector to the camera back and don't ever submerge the camera or cable by itself without connecting the camera to the waterproof receptacle on the cable completely.

3. Tighten up the screw cap clockwise using a grip pliers while holding the camera body with other hand firmly, do not turn the camera body, only the screw cap on the cable connector must be tighten up.
*Never force to tightening the screw all the way, just stop tightening when it stops in putting a moderate pressure.

Never tight the screw cap in holding the neck of the cable connector! Wiring inside will break off right away.

4. Submerge the camera when the connection is completed and always hold the cable in letting the camera floats freely while searching for the camera placement.

Never hold the camera body and try to pull the heavy cable when relocating the camera.

When stabilizing the camera is necessary in using any kind of brackets or holding fixtures, always grip on the neck of the cable connector and it would be the most secure if the cable were gripped together as it shown on the left photo.

Never turn the screw cap of the cable connector or the camera body neither counter-clockwise nor clockwise once it is tightened and while the neck of the cable connector is gripped by any kind of brackets or holding fixtures.

Never grip on the camera body or the cable screw cap to stabilize the camera.

The wiring inside will also break off immediately if the cable is twisted counter-clockwise or clockwise forcefully while the camera body or screw cap is hold by any kind of brackets or holding fixtures improperly.

1-Year warranty will not cover if the inside wiring breaks off in stabilizing the camera improperly.

Leave the black cable jack unplugged when the camera LEDs are not necessarily to be turned on.

5. Connect the other cable endings as Red (Camera Power) & Black (LED Power) to DC-12V power source and Yellow (Video) to Video input on a recording or monitoring device.
* Seal where all arrow-pointed connections shown on the left photo with
the electrical tape for 100% moisture free when it is left outside near the wet area and never submerge this connecting portion where around 2ft from the cable ending.
